Ian Opolot is a co-founder and also a digital editor at the Ubunifu Space. Ian is passionate about the African continent and works to challenge misconceptions surrounding the image of Africa from a global perspective. Ian currently manages the curation of the website that is designed to showcase the work undergone by the Ubunifu Space to celebrate and unearth talent from within the African continent and the diaspora. Separate from the Ubunifu Space, Ian is a writer having worked freelance for The Guardian, The Quietus, and Trench Magazine.
